摘 要:目的:了解预防医学生专业认同感现状,以便对其采取针对性的引导和教育,为其学习医学专业知识提供必要的支持和帮助,为高校预防医学专业招生、教育政策调整与就业提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法并结合访谈法,以赣南医学院预防医学全体在校生为研究对象,分析其专业认同感特征及影响因素。结果:预防医学生专业认同感总体均值为3.37,总体认同感较高,在性别、户籍性质、是否独生、志愿选择方面的差异无统计学意义;在年级(F=3.62,P<0.05)、专业就业前景认知(F=9.69,P<0.01)、专业成绩(F=7.43,P<0.01)方面差异有统计学意义,专业认同感大二高于大三、热门和一般高于冷门、成绩较好和中等高于较差。结论:年级、专业就业前景认知、专业成绩可能是专业认同感的影响因素。Objective:To understand the status quo of professional identity of preventive medical students,take targeted guidance and education for them,provide necessary support and help for them to learn medical professional knowledge,and provide reference basis for the enrollment of preventive medical students,adjustment of educational policy and employment in colleges and universities.Methods:Questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the status and characteristics of professional identity of preventive medicine students in Gannan Medical University.Results:The overall mean value of professional identity of preventive medical students was 3.37,which was relatively high.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,household registration,one-child status or voluntary choice.There were significant differences in different grades of students(F=3.62,P<0.05),professional employment prospect cognition(F=9.69,P<0.01),and professional achievement(F=7.43,P<0.01).The major identity of sophomores was higher than that of juniors,popular and generally higher than unpopular students,and the scores were better and medium than poor.Conclusion:Grades,professional employment prospects and professional achievement may be the influencing factors of professional identity.
