摘　　要：随着国家经济的快速发展,科技创新人才的需求对各大高校提出了更高的要求,所以培养创新型人才成为衡量高校质量的一个重要指标。本文结合当前自动化专业创新实践课程中存在的问题,以学生为主体,以培养学生的综合素质、创新精神、创新意识为目标,打造创新教师团队,完善创新激励制度,对创新实践体系进行探讨。With the rapid development of national economy,the demand of scientific and technological innovation practice puts forward higher requirements for colleges and universities,so the cultivation of innovation practice has become an important index to measure the quality of colleges and universities.In this paper,combined with the problems existing in the innovation practice course of automation specialty,taking students as the main body,cultivating students'comprehensive quality,innovative spirit and innovative consciousness as the goal,this paper builds an innovative teacher team,improves the innovation bonus system,and discusses the innovation practice system.
