摘　　要：阳明具有多气多血之性,六经皆秉气于胃。俞根初辨治六经病,常藉阳明以治之:三阳病假阳明之津以祛邪,即益胃汁发太阳之表,藉胃汁和解少阳,滋胃汁润下阳明;三阴病藉阳明之气以扶正,即壮胃阳温化太阴,救胃阳以护少阴,温胃阳以散厥阴。俞根初效法张仲景而变通其方,在六经基本治法上常佐以对阳明的调治。六经辨证虽为外感病而立,但因其与辨治内伤原理互通,藉阳明调治六经病的思想在内伤相应疾病的治疗中亦能有所裨益。Yangming meridian is characterized as abundant in Qi and blood,and all of the six meridians need the Qi from Yangming Stomach Qi.Yu Genchu used to treat six meridian diseases from perspective of Yangming Stomach as follows:In treatment of the three Yang diseases,the Fluid of the Yangming Stomach can be used to expel the evil factors,namely,tonifying the Fluid to sweat,or using the Fluid to harmonize Shaoyang,or nourishing the Fluid to moisten the large intestine,in case of Taiyang exterior syndrome,Shaoyang syndrome and Yangming syndrome,respectively.In treatment of the three Yin diseases,the Qi of the Yangming Stomach can be used to tonify Zheng Qi:tonifying Stomach Yang to warm Taiyin Spleen,rescuing Stomach Yang to protect Shaoyin Kidney and warming Stomach Yang to eliminate Liver Qi stagnation.Yu Genchu learned from Zhang Zhongjing and modified the methods accordingly.Based on the basic treatment methods he also regulated the functions of Yangming.Originally,six meridian syndrome differentiations were created to treat external invading diseases.However,the treatment principle is the same as in treatment of internal producing diseases.Therefore,these methods can also be applied to treat the latter.
