浅谈付勇治疗Hunt综合征的临床经验

摘　　要：亨特氏(Hunt)综合征是由病毒侵犯而引起的一种较严重的周围性面瘫,因其损伤神经节段高,临床症状重,常规疗法效果不佳,容易促使后遗症的发生。付勇从事临床工作二十余年,对治疗Hunt综合征有自己的思路与方法,且临床疗效显著,现总结为三点:(1)立足整体观,以治神守气为要,以通调三焦为基,顾护正气,驱邪外出;(2)针药并用,强调分期辨证选穴用方,内调脏腑,外通经络;(3)从腧穴敏化出发,重视腧穴探查,采用力敏推拿和热敏灸疗法,配合其他特色疗法,多法合用,共奏温通和疏通之效。Hunt’s syndrome is a kind of severe peripheral facial paralysis caused by the invasion of virus.Due to its high damaged ganglia,severe clinical symptoms and poor effect of conventional therapy,it is easy to promote the occurrence of sequelae.Fu Yong has been engaged in clinical work for more than 20 years,and he has his own ideas and methods for the treatment of Hunt syndrome,and the clinical effect is remarkable.Now it can be summarized into three points:(1)Based on the overall view,treat the shen and keep the qi as the key,adjust the sanjiao as the basis,protect the zheng qi and drive away the xie qi;(2)Combined use of acupuncture and medicine,emphasizing the selection of acupoints and prescriptions by stage,regulating internal organsand externally meridians;(3)Starting from Acupoint sensitization,focusing on acupoint exploration,using force-sensitive massage and heat-sensitive moxibustion Therapy,in conjunction with other characteristic therapies,combined with multiple methods,has the effect of warming and dredging together.
