基于循证的层级管理模式在手外科病区质量改进中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察基于循证的层级管理模式对我院手外科病区服务质量的影响。方法观察医院手外科病区层级管理模式实施前与实施后护理人员考核情况、护理工作质量、患者满意度、护理不良事件发生率及护理投诉率。结果实施后护理人员理论考核评分、操作考核评分及业务学习出席率均显著高于实施前(p<0.05);实施后基础服务质量、护理文书质量、急救技能与病情观察评分明显高于实施前(p<0.05);实施后患者满意度明显优于实施前(p<0.05);实施前护理不良事件总发生率及护理投诉率显著高于实施后(p<0.05)。结论基于循证的层级管理模式能够提高手外科病区护理人员考核成绩,改进护理服务质量,降低不良护理事件发生率及投诉率,使患者满意。Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based hierarchical management mode on the service quality in hand surgery ward.Methods The assessment of nurses,nursing quality,patients’satisfaction,the incidence of nursing adverse events and complaint rate of nursing care were observed before and after the implementation of evidence-based hierarchical management mode.Results After implementation,the nurses’theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores and attendance rate of vocational study were significantly higher than those before(p<0.05).The basic service quality,nursing document quality,first aid skills and disease observation scores of were significantly higher than those before the implementation(p<0.05).The patients’satisfaction was significantly higher after the implementation(p<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events and complaint rate of nursing care before implementation were significantly higher than those after implementation(p<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based hierarchical management mode can improve the nurses’assessment scores and nursing quality in hand surgery ward,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events and complaint rate,and improve patients’satisfaction.
