摘　　要：医学教育模式对于医学人才培养尤为重要,美国医学教育历史悠久,已经形成了一套系统化、规范化和科学化的体系,美国典型的医学教育大致可分为3个阶段:医学院培养阶段、住院医师培养阶段和专科医师培养阶段。具有注重临床实践培训、重视临床科研能力培养、强调自主学习能力、重视人文素质培养以及多角度考核评价的特点。通过中美两国医学教育模式的比较,探讨适宜我国国情又与国际接轨的医学教育模式,为我国临床科研人才教育培训提供参考和借鉴,为培养优秀中西医结合人才提供经验。The mode of medical education is particularly important for training medical talents.Medical education in the United States has a long history and has formed a systematic,standardized and scientific system.The typical medical education in the United States can be roughly divided into three stages:medical school training stage,resident training stage and specialist training stage,which have the characteristics of attaching importance to clinical practice training,clinical research ability training,independent learning ability,humanistic quality training and multi-angle assessment.Through the comparison of medical education modes between China and the United States,discussesing the medical education mode suitable for China's national conditions and in line with the international standards,which provides reference and reference for the education and training of clinical scientific research talents in China,and provides experience for the cultivation of outstanding talents of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
