摘 要:目的探讨“雨课堂”教学模式应用于八年制中医学融通教学中的效果。方法选取中南大学湘雅医学院2015级八年制临床专业学生29名作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,1组14名,另1组15名。实验组(PF组)采用“雨课堂”教学模式,对照组(LBL组)采用传统融通教学模式,教学效果评价采用理论知识考核与学生满意度调查的双向评价模式。结果PF组的理论知识考核成绩以及学生满意度评分均高于LBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在八年制中医学融通教学中,“雨课堂”教学模式的教学效果优于传统教学模式,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of“rain classroom”in combined teaching model of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the eight-year clinical medicine specialty.Methods 29 eight-year clinial professional undergraduate students from Xiangya school of medicine,Central South University,were selected and randomly divided into two groups,14 in one group and 15 in the other.The experimental group(PF group)received“rain classroom”teaching mode,while the control group(LBL group)received LBL teaching method.Basic theoretical examination and questionnaire on the satisfaction of teaching were carried out to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The marks of basic theoretical examination and questionnaire on the satisfaction of teaching in PF group were both higher than those in LBL group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of“rain classroom”is better than LBL in ifferentiation of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine noviciate.
