酸枣仁汤治疗肝癌术后血虚型失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察酸枣仁汤治疗肝癌术后血虚型失眠的临床效果。方法将湖南中医药大学第一附属医院符合研究标准的肿瘤科及肝胆胰内镜疝外科50例肝癌术后住院失眠患者作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组应用阿普唑仑配合酸枣仁汤治疗,对照组单独应用阿普唑仑片,疗程半个月,对比观察2组治疗效果、阿森斯失眠量表(Athens insomnia scale,AIS-8)评分、治疗前后中医血虚证候积分。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为92%(23/25),高于对照组的64%(16/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组AIS-8评分均较用药前下降,治疗组AIS-8评分较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医血虚证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论肝癌术后血虚型失眠应用酸枣仁汤配合阿普唑仑片治疗临床效果优于单独使用阿普唑仑片,且安全性好,临床值得广泛应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Suanzaoren decoction on blood deficiency insomnia in patients after liver cancer surgery.Methods 50 patients with insomnia after hepatocarcinoma surgery in the department of oncology and hepatobiliary endoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital that meet the research criteria were randomly divide into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with alprazolam plus Suanzaoren decoction,and the control group was alone used alprazolam tablets for half a month of treatment,the two groups were compared to observe the therapeutic effects,the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS-8)score,and the scores of the efficacy of TCM syndromes before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 92%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 64%.The treatment effect of the treatment group was relatively better.AIS-8 score:before and after treatment,the treatment group was compared within and between groups.The AIS-8 scores of the two groups in the control group were lower than before treatment,the AIS-8 scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The score of TCM blood deficiency syndrome in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of Suanzaoren decoction combined with alprazolam tablets in the treatment of blood-deficiency insomnia after liver cancer surgery is better than that of alprazolam tablets alone,and the safety is good,and it is clinically worthy of wide application.
