摘　　要：慢性肾脏病起病隐匿,起病初期常无明显症状,容易被忽视,发病率逐年升高,肾脏病对人们的生活质量有很大的影响,而脂蛋白肾病是一种罕见的肾小球疾病,临床案例少,西医无明确的诊疗方案,如何从中医方面进行诊治,提高疗效和生活质量,成为中医临床研究的一个方向。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a rare glomerular disease with few clinical cases and no clear diagnosis and treatment plan in western medicine.It is easy to ignore and the incidence rate in the population is increasing year by year.Kidney disease has a great impact on people's quality of life,and lipoprotein nephropathy is a rare glomerular disease with no clear diagnosis and treatment plan in western medicine.How to make diagnosis and treatment from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the curative effect and quality of life has become a direction of clinical research in traditional Chinese medicine.
