摘 要:目的探讨微酸性次氯酸电解水作为口腔治疗用水对不同树脂材料耐磨耗性能和银汞合金充填材料抗压性能的影响。方法于2019年9月~12月,选择树脂材料、银汞合金胶囊制成规定试样,分别浸泡于37℃不同介质中(0.9%生理盐水、浓度10 ppm微酸性次氯酸电解水、浓度50 ppm微酸性次氯酸水、自来水),对浸泡后的树脂材料进行耐磨耗试验,对银汞合金进行抗压强度试验。结果银汞合金抗压强度试验显示:不同介质浸泡的银汞合金样品抗压强度比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);树脂材料耐磨耗试验显示:不同介质浸泡的树脂样品磨耗质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微酸性次氯酸电解水作为口腔治疗用水对银汞合金充填材料的抗压性能及树脂材料的耐磨耗性能均无明显影响,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid electrolyzed water as oral treatment water on the abrasion resistance of different resin materials and the compressive properties of amalgam filling materials.Methods From September to December 2019,resin materials and silver amalgam capsules were selected to make prescribed samples.Soak them in different media at 37℃(0.9%normal saline,10 PPm slightly acidic hypochlorous acid electrolyzed water,50 PPm slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water,tap water),the abrasion resistance test was performed on the resin material after immersion,and the compressive strength test was performed on the amalgam.Results The compressive strength test of silver amalgam showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the compressive strength of silver amalgam samples immersed in different media(P<0.05);The abrasion resistance test of resin materials showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the abrasion quality of resin samples immersed in different media(P<0.05).Conclusion Slightly acidic hypochlorous acid electrolyzed water used as oral treatment water has no significant effect on the compression performance of amalgam filling materials and the wear resistance of resin materials,and it is worthy of clinical application.
