摘 要:太常卿牛弘在隋朝开皇乐议中承担着主持者的重要角色。在乐议中后期,他率先揭示了开皇乐议在政治文化层面的独特价值,进而在制乐过程中兼顾众人议乐主张,遵循“以史观乐”的思路,在雅乐声律、宫调理论、宫悬乐仪等方面提出了明确主张,并采取系列正乐举措将其付诸实践。因此,牛弘实际上是将开皇乐议论争成果制度化和仪式化的落实者和推动者。牛弘在开皇乐议中有多方面贡献,揭示此内容对于深入认识牛弘本人思想及开皇乐议之丰富内涵均有补益。NIU Hong,as Tai Chang Qing(Officer in charges of royal ceremonial activities),played an important role in the"Musical debate in the Kai Huang era".Not only that,he also revealed the unique value of"Musical debate in the Kai Huang era"in the middle and late stages of the musical debate,and advocated the collection of the attendees'musical idea,and made clear opinion in the aspects of the Court music,theory of modes,the sacrificial music and so on.He adopts the series of positive music measures to put them into practice.He is the implementer and promoter of the institutionalization and ritualization of the results of the"Musical debate in the Kai Huang era".NIU Hong's contribution to the"Musical debate in the Kai Huang era"is multifaceted,revealing that this content is in dispensable for an in-depth un dersta nding of NIU Hong and"Musical debate in the Kai Huang era".
