摘　　要：目的探讨5-羟色胺3(5-HT3)受体拮抗剂联合康复新液防治乳腺癌术后化疗相关性呕吐(CINV)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析60例行乳腺癌改良根治术患者的临床资料,结合患者病理分期,均行术后辅助化疗,按照防治CINV方式的不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予帕洛诺司琼治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予康复新液治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果化疗后0~24 h、2~7 d,研究组的恶心、呕吐有效控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用5-HT3受体拮抗剂联合康复新液防治乳腺癌术后CINV的效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的恶心、呕吐情况。Objective To explore the clinical effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine 3(5-HT3)receptor antagonist combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)after breast cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Combined with the pathological stage,all patients underwent postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.According to the different ways of prevention and treatment of CINV,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with palonosetron,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 0-24 h and 2-7 d after chemotherapy,the effective control rates of nausea and vomiting in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-HT3 receptor antagonist combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the prevention and treatment of CINV after breast cancer surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the nausea and vomiting of patients.
