摘 要:采用Emmrich改进后的Rao分光光度法对137份山黧豆种质资源叶片进行ODAP含量检测并划分等级,旨在为山黧豆ODAP次生代谢物的研究和利用提供重要参考。结果表明,在137份资源当中ODAP含量呈现正态分布;根据ODAP含量,将137份山黧豆资源划分为5级并筛选到高毒、低毒资源各8份。To provide important reference for the study and utilization of secondary metabolites,the ODAP content of leaves in 137 Lathyrus sativus germplasm resources were tested based on improved Rao’spectrophotometric method by Emmrich and classified.The results showed that the content of ODAP was normally distributed among 137 resources.According to the ODAP content,137 Lathyrus sativus resources were divided into 5 levels,and 8 resources were selected as high toxicity and low toxicity,respectively.
