摘　　要：目的对于脑外伤的老年患者,癫痫发作会加重期神经损伤,故分析老年患者脑外伤后癫痫发作相关因素,以及时采取预防措施.方法选取2018年5月~2019年12月本院收治的82例脑外伤老年患者为研究对象,82例老年患者共出现了20例癫痫发作,根据有无癫痫发作分为对照组(无癫痫发作的62例)与观察组(癫痫发作的20例).调查两组患者的临床资料,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析老年患者脑外伤后癫痫发作相关因素.结果82例脑外伤老年患者的癫痫发作率为24.39%(20/82),经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄大、重度脑损伤、颅骨骨折、颅内血肿、脑挫裂伤是老年患者脑外伤后癫痫发作的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论年龄大、重度脑损伤、颅骨骨折、颅内血肿、脑挫裂伤是老年患者脑外伤后癫痫发作的危险因素,临床应根据癫痫发作的诱因及时实施针对性的预防措施.Objective To analyze the factors related to epileptic seizure after brain trauma in elderly patients,and to take preventive measures.Methods Atotal of 82 elderly patients with brain trauma admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.A total of 20 elderly patients had epileptic seizures,and they were divided into a control group(62 patients without epileptic seizures)and an observation group(20 patients with epileptic seizures)according to whether they had seizures or not.The clinical data of the two groups were investigated,and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of epileptic seizure in the elderly patients after brain trauma.Results The seizure rate of 82 elderly patients with traumatic brain injury was 24.39%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,severe brain injury,skull fracture,intracranial hematoma and brain contusion were independent risk factors for post-traumatic epilepsy in elderly patients(P<0.05).Cone Iusion Older age,severe brain injury,skull fracture,intracranial hematoma and brain contusion are risk factors for posttraumatic epilepsy in elderly patients.
