益气养血汤联合多奈哌齐对帕金森病病人脑神经递质水平和认知电位P300的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养血汤联合多奈哌齐对帕金森病(PD)病人临床症状、脑神经递质水平和认知电位P300的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年8月本院收治的PD病人86例,分为两组,每组43例。对照组接受多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用益气养血汤。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、帕金森病综合评分表(UPDRS)得分、脑神经递质水平及P300潜伏期、波幅。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分、UPDRS评分、P300潜伏期较对照组降低(P<0.05),5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA)水平、P300波幅较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论益气养血汤联合多奈哌齐可改善PD病人的临床症状及认知功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with donepezil on clinical symptoms,levels of brain neurotransmitters and cognitive potential P300 in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods Eighty-six patients with PD wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with donepezil,and the observation group were treated with Yiqi Yangxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,the Unified Parkinson′s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores,levels of brain neurotransmitters and P300 latency and amplitude were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.35%vs 81.40%,P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,UPDRS score,and P300 latency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA),and P300 amplitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with donepezil could improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients with PD,with remarkable clinical efficacy and great clinical value.
