摘　　要：焦虑症是常见的精神疾病,目前临床并无理想处置措施。本文总结分析了目前治疗焦虑症的已上市药物以及国内外尚处于临床试验阶段的化学药、中药和非药物干预手段,并对其机制和优缺点进行了评述,为焦虑症的新药物研发和临床处置措施研究提供借鉴。As one of the most common mental diseases,there is no ideal clinical treatment for anxiety disorder.This paper summarized and analyzed the listed drugs for the treatment of anxiety disorders as well as the chemical drugs,traditional Chinese medicines and non-pharmaceutical interventions that are still in clinical trials at home and abroad,and commented on their mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide reference for the research and development of new drugs and clinical treatment measures for anxiety disorders.
