飞秒激光制瓣LASIK治疗屈光不正的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析飞秒激光制瓣LASIK在屈光不正治疗中的应用。方法:选择79例屈光不正患者为研究对象,分为常规组、飞秒激光组,给予两组常规角膜刀制瓣LASIK治疗、飞秒激光制瓣LASIK治疗。结果:飞秒激光组术后4周屈光度、视力水平均优于常规组(P<0.05)。飞秒激光组术后并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:飞秒激光制瓣LASIK用于屈光不正治疗,可有效改善患者的视力及屈光度异常,并保障其治疗安全。Objective:To analyze the application of femtosecond laser flap LASIK in the treatment of refractive errors.Methods:79 patients with refractive errors were selected as the research objects,divided into conventional group and femtosecond laser group,and given two groups of conventional keratome flap LASIK treatment and femtosecond laser flap LASIK treatment.Results:The femtosecond laser group had better refractive power and visual acuity than the conventional group at 4 weeks after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the femtosecond laser group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The femtosecond laser flap LASIK can be used for the treatment of refractive errors,which can effectively improve the patients’vision and refractive abnormalities,and ensure the safety of treatment.
