摘  要:目的:对全血多元素分析仪检测微量元素对儿童保健的影响进行评价分析,为今后的儿童保健工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法:选择2013年1月~2014年12月在本院接受保健检查的儿童738例作为研究对象,将其按照年龄分成高龄组和低龄组后,每组369例,两组儿童均采用全血多元素分析仪进行微量元素检测,并对两组检测结果进行统计分析。结果:低龄儿童缺铁、缺锌的发生率明显高于高龄组(P<0.05);低龄组儿童锌、铁等元素的检测水平较高龄组发生显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:通过全血多元素分析仪检测微量元素,可帮助医生及家长及时了解儿童身体微量元素水平,这对于指导临床补充失衡微量元素,促进儿童生长发育具有十分重要的意义。Objective:To evaluate and analyze the impact of trace element detection by whole blood multi-element analyzer on children’s health,and provide valuable reference for future child health work.Methods:A total of 738 children who underwent a health checkup in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects.After dividing them into senior and younger groups according to age,369 were in each group,and the children in both groups were given whole blood.Multi-element analyzer performs trace element detection and statistical analysis of the two groups of detection results.Results:The incidence of iron deficiency and zinc deficiency in younger children was significantly higher than that in the older group(P<0.05).The levels of zinc and iron in the younger group were significantly lower than those in the older group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of trace elements by a whole blood multielement analyzer can help doctors and parents understand the levels of trace elements in children’s bodies in a timely manner,which is of great significance in guiding clinical supplementation of imbalanced trace elements and promoting children’s growth and development.It deserves attention and promotion.
