新型RS-1泪道插管在治疗儿童复杂性难治性泪道阻塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型RS-1泪道插管手术治疗儿童复杂性难治性泪道阻塞的疗效。方法:收集自2018年5月~2020年5月于沈阳市第四人民医院诊断为先天性泪道阻塞的78例(82只眼)患儿,在常规施行泪道探通手术无效后,采用新型RS-1泪道插管进行手术治疗。术后随访3~6个月,观察术眼流脓、溢泪等情况。结果:新型RS-1泪道插管手术治疗78例(82只眼)患儿,治愈71例(75只眼),好转5例(5只眼),无效2例(2只眼)。治愈率91.5%,好转率6.1%,无效率2.4%。结论:新型RS-1泪道插管手术对于泪道探通术后无效的先天性泪道阻塞患儿,是一种非常有效的泪道手术方式。Objective:To investigate the effect of new RS-1 lacrimal intubation surgery on children with complicated and refractory lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:A total of 78 children(82 eyes)diagnosed with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction at the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenyang City from May 2018 to May 2020 were collected.After routine lacrimal duct exploration surgery failed,a new type Lacrimal duct intubation of RS-1 for surgical treatment.Follow-up was performed for 3 to 6 months to observe the pus and tears in the eyes.Results:The new type of RS-1 lacrimal intubation was used to treat 78 children(82 eyes),and 71 cases(75 eyes)were cured,5 cases were improved(5 eyes),and 2 cases(2 eyes)were ineffective.The cure rate was 91.5%,the improvement rate was 6.1%,and the inefficiency was 2.4%.Conclusion:The new RS-1 lacrimal duct intubation operation is a very effective lacrimal duct surgery method for children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction that is not effective after lacrimal duct exploration.
