公共图书馆新馆员入职培训研究——以广州图书馆为例

摘　　要：对广州图书馆新馆员入职培训进行满意度调查,发现新馆员在课程互动性、培训体验感、服务艺术化、通识教育、课程实践性等方面有多样化的需求。建议公共图书馆开展新馆员入职培训应依据其专业背景和岗位需求灵活设置课程内容;建立面向图书馆员的专业素养培训框架;开发图书馆员在线教育资源;丰富馆员培训形式。By means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates induction training for new librarians in Guangzhou library,it is found that new librarians have diversified demands in interactivity of courses,training experience,artistic service,general education and practicality of courses. Propose that public library should set the course flexibly according to the professional background and post requirements of the new librarians,make a professional literacy training framework for librarians,establish online education resources,and enrich the training form.
