Objective To discuss the effect of aspirin in the treatment of thrombotic cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction as study subjects were divided into control group(odd number)and research group(even number)according to their serial numbers, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the research group was treated with aspirin based on the control group. The clinical effect, and neurological deficit score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment 92.5%of the research group was higher than 72.5%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the neurological deficit score of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the research group(11.22±1.63)points was lower than(18.35±2.01)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of aspirin to the conventional therapy of patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction has higher clinical efficacy and better recovery of patients'neurological function. It has high application value and is worthy of vigorous promotion.
