排球二传队员稳定心理素质的培养研究

摘　　要：在排球比赛中,二传是队伍的核心,准确的传球,以便攻手不仅可以扣球,还可以根据情况使用战术,让对手在拦网的瞬间产生错误的判断,提高己方进攻得分的几率。作为二传手,需要强大的心理特质,镇定、果断、对战术敏感,以及强烈的战术意识,才能准确地判断对手的拦网意图,理解和激励每个团队成员及分析对手的特征和技能,在激烈的竞争中团结和进攻。所以排球二传队员的心理素质和身体素质同等重要。该文对于排球二传队员稳定心理素质的培养进行研究,分析二传队员的心理素质训练方法,最后进行实例分析,从而验证训练方法的可靠性。In the volleyball game,the setter is the core of the team,accurate pass,so that the attacker can not only spoil the ball,but also use tactics according to the situation,so that the opponent can make a wrong judgment at the moment of blocking,and improve our chance of scoring.As a setter,you need strong psychological traits,calmness,decisiveness,sensitivity to tactics,and a strong tactical awareness to accurately judge the opponent’s blocking intentions,understand and motivate each team member,and analyze the characteristics and skills of the opponent,unity and offense in fierce competition.Therefore,the psychological and physical qualities of the volleyball setter are equally important.In this paper,make research on the cultivation of the stable psychological qualities of the volleyball setters,analyze the psychological quality training methods of the setters,and finally carry out an example analysis to verify the reliability of the training methods.
