摘　　要："健康中国2030"将国民体质健康纳入了国家战略的层面,为了实现高校学生"全面健康"的目标,高校要将传统的体育教学部门的运动干预,转变为校医院、体质测试中心及体育教育部门的多元互动模式,建立高校体育健康管理体系,对个人或群体健康进行监测,并分析、评估大学生的健康数据,进而对健康进行指导。该文探索了大学生体育健康管理体系构建的可行性和构建模式,希望可以为日后高校体质健康管理工作的规范化、系统化和科学化提供一定的参考。"Healthy China 2030"incorporates national health into the national strategy level,in order to achieve the goal of college students"comprehensive health",universities should transform the traditional sports intervention of the physical education department into a multiple interactive mode of school hospital,fitness testing center,and physical education departmentl,set up university sports health management system,for individual or group health monitoring,and make analysis and evaluation of college students’health data,in order to provide guidance for health.The paper explores the feasibility and mode of constructing the physical health management system for college students,hoping to provide some reference for the standardization,systematization and scientization of the physical health management in colleges and universities in the future.
