摘　　要：如今教育资源发展愈发失衡,社会对于人才需求不断提高,在双重趋势下,教育已然逐渐发展成为阶层固化的"助推器"。现如今,贫困地区在面对教育资源落后现状的同时,也面对着社会对于他们的新要求(即素质教育的推广带来的问题),基于此,构建"‘志愿服务+社会企业’体育支教模式"将有利于系统地改善教育资源失衡这一现状。Nowadays,the development of educational resources is becoming increasingly unbalanced,and society’s demand for talents is constantly increasing.Under the dual trend,education has gradually developed into a"booster"for class solidification.Poverty-stricken areas are facing the current situation of backward educational resources,and they are also facing new requirements from the society(that is,the problems brought about by the promotion of quality education).It will help change the current imbalance in educational resources by the construction of"’volunteer service+social enterprise’sports education support model".
