高校体育教育专业就业率提升的探索

摘　　要：通过对近年高校体育教育专业新生的专业水平和毕业生就业情况的调查,发现新生的身体素质及运动技能水平偏低、在校期间综合素养和能力培养不得力、就业选择单一化,是影响就业率的主要因素。该文从教师的教学能力提升、导师责任的确定,学生职业规划的制订、综合素质提高、实践能力培养、就业渠道拓展等方面进行探讨,旨在提高学生的综合能力,提升就业率。The current situation of freshmen’s professional level and the employment rate of graduates in recent years indicate that there are several main factors attributable to the low employment rate of those majoring in physical education:freshmen’s low level of physical fitness,insufficient sports training during the four years,and the single one choice in the employment market.The author means to improve college students’comprehensive ability as well as increase employment rate,by enhancing teachers’teaching ability and their sense of responsibility,monitoring youngsters’career planning,cultivating students’comprehensive quality,improving their practical skills and expanding their employment channel.
