摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育正朝着大众化和市场化的方向发展,如何培养出实践能力强的创新型人才仍然是我国高等教育面临的最大难题。教育国际化是世界各个高校发展的重要趋势,本文通过介绍和分析加拿大高等教育的教学方式和教学管理体制的特色,并对比分析了加拿大与中国教学模式的不同,从加拿大的教学模式中获取宝贵经验,希望对我国高等教育的发展起到借鉴的作用。In recent years,Chinese higher education is moving for ward popularization and marketization.The biggest problerm of our higher education is how to cultivate innovative talents with strong practical ability.Internationaliztion of education is important trend of the development of high education.This paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics of Canadian higher education teaching methods and teaching management system,and makes a comparative analysis of the differences between Canadian and Chinese teaching models.The author hopes to gain valuable experience frtom the teaching model of Canada,which can be used for reference in the development of higher education in China.
