奥沙利铂联合替吉奥对老年胃癌患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究老年胃癌患者应用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗的临床效果及对免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法选取山西省肿瘤医院2019年1月至2020年5月收治的老年胃癌患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用FOLFOX6化疗方案,研究组采用奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案。对比两种化疗方案在临床疗效、患者免疫功能、血清肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应率方面的差异性。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(69.77%vs.48.84%,P<0.05),治疗后研究组较对照组成熟T淋巴细胞(CD3^+)、辅助性T淋巴细胞(CD4^+)、抑制性T细胞(CD4^+/CD8^+)水平高(P<0.05),血清肿瘤标志物水平癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原199(CA199)水平低(P<0.05)。治疗组恶心呕吐的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者采取奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案,可取得显著的临床疗效,有助于增强患者免疫功能,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,同时降低药物毒副反应,提高患者耐受度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with tegio in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer and its influence on immune function and serum tumor markers.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with gastric cancer from January 2019 to May 2020 in Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shanxi Medical University(Shanxi Cancer Hospital)were selected and divided into two groups(43 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy and the study group with oxaliplatin+tegio chemotherapy.The two chemotherapy regimens were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,patients'immune function,serum tumor marker levels,and adverse effect rates.Results After treatment the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.77%vs.48.84%,P<0.05),the study group had higher CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels than the control group(P<0.05),and the serum tumor marker levels CEA,CA242,CA199 levels were lower(P<0.05).And the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin^+tegio chemotherapy in elderly patients with gastric cancer can achieve significant clinical efficacy,help to enhance the immune function of patients,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,reduce drug toxicity and side effects,and improve patient tolerance.
