摘　　要：该研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法对新时代足球改革背景下内蒙古高校足球运动开展优势与困难进行调查研究,分析了大学足球在开展和普及的过程中出现的问题和挑战。优势上:大学生接受最新信息能力强;对于足球运动在高校发展拥有良好的基础;未来择业与就业提共可能。困难:国家政府部门政策的不完善;专项经费投入有限;场地设施不规范;师资力量薄弱的。针对上述问题提出相关建议,即不断完善科学高效的大学足球课程体系;积极向在校生普及足球运动的知识;提高足球教师的专业水平;完善联赛机制;加强场地设施安全问题等几个方面。The study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the advantages and difficulties of the development of college football in Inner Mongolia under the background of football reform in the new era,and analyzes the problems and challenges in the development and popularization of college football.Advantages:college students have strong ability to accept the latest information;have a good foundation for the development of football in colleges and universities;the possibility of future career choice and employment promotion;Difficulties:imperfect policies of national government departments;limited investment in special funds;the site facilities are not standard;weak teachers.In view of the above problems,relevant suggestions are put forward,that is,to constantly improve the scientific and efficient college football course system;popularize the knowledge of football to the students;improve the professional level of football teachers;improve the league mechanism;strengthen the safety of site facilities and other aspects.
