摘　　要：该文主要通过文献资料法,对体育保健课程的教学现状进行剖析,发现传统的传授知识教学很难培养社会需求的专业人才,因此要改变教学模式,要以培养具有就业、创业技能的人才而开展教学,在课堂教学中要根据体育教育专业学生的特点、学生的社会需要,再进行教学,把这几个方面有机的结合起来,探索出一条缓解毕业学生的就业压力,以及就业、创业的教学改革之路。The paper analyzes the current teaching situation of sports health care course by the method of literature.It is found that it is difficult to cultivate professional talents with social needs by traditional knowledge teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to change the teaching mode and develop teaching by cultivating students with employment and entrepreneurial skills.In classroom teaching,the characteristics of students majoring in physical education and the social needs of students should be taken into consideration,and carry out teaching again,combine these aspects with organic,and explore a way of teaching reform to relieve the employment pressure of graduate students,as well as employment and entrepreneurship.
