摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏少见良性肿瘤的CT和MRI表现,提高对其影像诊断水平.方法回顾性选取经病理证实的15例肾脏少见良性肿瘤病例,结合既往病例报道分析CT及MRI影像学特征.结果肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤(RO)6例,边界清楚,1例内部出现瘢痕,5例未见钙化及出血,5例增强扫描呈不均匀强化.囊性肾瘤(CN)3例,表现为囊性占位,边界清晰,分隔样强化或厚壁延迟明显强化.混合型上皮和间质肿瘤(MESTK)3例,边界清晰,膨胀性生长,囊实性,实性及厚壁成分呈渐进性明显强化.后肾腺瘤(MA)2例,囊实性,中等度强化.乳头状腺瘤(PA)1例,囊实性,边界清晰,囊壁及分隔延时强化.结论肾脏少见良性肿瘤术前诊断较困难,CT和MRI的影像特点有助于良恶性的鉴别,对临床术前选择合适的治疗方式具有一定帮助.Objective To analyze the CT and MRl manifestations of rare renal benign tumors,to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods Fifteen patients with rare renal benign tumors confirmed by pathology were collected,and their CT and MRl features wereanalyzed in combination with previous literature reports.Results Among b cases of renal oncocytoma(RO),there were 6 cases withclear margin,l case with central scar,5 cases without calcification or hemorrhage,and contrastenhanced scan showed heterogeneousenhancement in 5 cases.3 cases of cystic nephroma(CN)showed as cystic ocupations with clear margin,septal enhancement or delayedobvious enhancement of thick wall.3 cases of mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney(MESTK)showed as expansive growingsolid-cystic masses with clear margin,and the solid component and thick wall were obviously progressive enhancement.2 cases ofmetanephric adenoma(MA)were solid-cystic and moderate enhancement.1 case of papillary adenoma(PA)showed as solid-cystictumor with clear margin,which septation and thick wall were delayed enhancement.COonclsion It is difficult to diagnose for rare renalbenign tumors.The CT and MRl features are helpful in differential diagnosis yand which are helpful to preoperatively make treatmentprogram.
