摘  要:骨恶性肿瘤血管化过程与肿瘤侵袭性及远端转移密切相关,靶向抗血管治疗是目前精准化医疗下治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新的治疗模式,部分抗血管药物已应用于临床并取得了明确疗效,但因副反应较大、患者依从性差,故需要探索新的治疗晚期进展期骨肿瘤的方法。最新研究发现肿瘤源性外泌体(TEXs)miRNAs参与肿瘤的转移、微循环调控、免疫逃逸及肿瘤血管化过程,部分TEXs miRNA参与并调控骨恶性肿瘤血管化过程。本文就目前TEXs miRNA与骨恶性肿瘤血管化过程的关系作一综述。The vascularization process of bone malignant tumor is closely related to tumor invasion and distant metastasis.Antivascular therapy is a new therapeutic model for treating malignant tumors under precision medicine.Some antivascular drugs have been applied in clinical practice and have achieved clear efficacy.However,due to the serious side effects and patients compliance,it is necessary to explore new methods for the treatment of advanced progressive bone tumor.Recent studies have found that tumor-derived exosomes(TEXs)miRNAs are involved in tumor metastasis,microcirculation regulation,immune escape and tumor vascularization.Some TEXs miRNAs participate in and regulate the vascularization of bone malignancies tumor.This paper reviews the current relationship between TEXs miRNA and the vascularization of bone malignancies.
