摘 要:理论与实践相结合的教学模式是"新工科"背景下推行教学改革的重要环节。以工程测试技术课程为契机,基于虚拟仪器技术设计开发了多功能转子实验教学系统。该系统采用非接触式测试方案,选用了不同工作原理及信号产生方式的传感器进行试验台转轴转速及振动位移等的检测与控制;采用项目驱动式教学法,基于LabWindows/CVI开发了零代码测控软件,使学生通过直观实验加深理论学习,为学生完成自主性、创新性实验及科学研究提供了良好的实践平台。实验结果表明,该系统设计布局合理、稳定性好、操作简单、扩展性强,具有较高的实用性。The teaching model that combines theory with practice is an important link to carry out the teaching reform in the context of"New engineering".By taking the course of engineering test technology as an opportunity,a multi-function rotor experimental teaching system is designed and developed based on virtual instrument technology.This system adopts a non-contact test scheme,and the sensors with different working principles and signal generation modes are used to detect and control the rotating speed and vibration displacement of the testing rig.The project-driven teaching method is adopted to develop zero-code measurement and control software based on LabWindows/CVI,which enables students to deepen theoretical learning through intuitive experiments,and also provides a good practice platform for them to carry out autonomous and innovative experiments and scientific research.The result shows that the system has a reasonable design layout,good stability,simple operation,strong expansibility and high practicability.
