摘　　要：高校实验室质量文化有着一般高校质量文化的属性,也有着自身文化的特性,可概括为内生性、创新性、人本性、软约束性、可持续性。该文阐述了实验室质量文化包括精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化等4个方面的内容。实验室质量文化的形成是长期复杂的系统工程,需要在质量管理过程中逐渐积淀。The quality culture of university laboratory has the attributes of general university quality culture and also has its own cultural characteristics,which can be summarized as endogenous,innovative,human nature,soft constraint and sustainability.This paper expounds upon the laboratory quality culture,including spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture.The formation of laboratory quality culture is a long-term complex system engineering,which needs to be accumulated gradually in the process of quality management.
