摘　　要：医科院校实验室安全风险因素比较复杂,是实验室安全事故的易发场所,此外,人的不安全因素是导致实验室安全事故发生的主要原因。基于PDCA循环质量管理理论,结合当前高校实验室安全教育课程体系建设现状,该文阐述了南方医科大学实验室安全教育课程体系构建实践及取得的成效,以期为医科院校深入推进实验室安全教育课程理论化、系统化、内涵化发展提供参考。Laboratory safety risk factors in medical universities are complex,and laboratory safety accidents are prone to occur.In addition,the human unsafe factors are the main cause of the laboratory safety accidents.Based on PDCA cycle quality management theory,and in combination with the current status of university laboratory safety education curriculum system,this paper expounds upon the construction and achievement of the curriculum system of laboratory safety education in Southern Medical University,so as to further promote development of theoretical,systematic,connotative laboratory safety education courses to provide the reference for the medical universities.
