摘 要:乳品废水成分复杂,对处理工艺要求较高,其中反渗透膜技术是最有效的处理方法。膜分离技术作为一种新的分离技术,不仅可以有效地净化废水,而且可以回收一些有用的物质。设备简单,操作方便因此在废水处理中得到了广泛的应用,具有广阔的发展前景。据估计,世界膜技术市场已达到近20亿美元的销售额。2000年废水处理的主要膜分离工艺为微滤、超滤和纳米过滤渗透、反渗透和电渗析。本文综述了国内外乳品废水的来源及反渗透膜技术的原理,并探讨了反渗透膜技术在乳品废水处理中的应用,以进一步提高废水处理效率。The composition of dairy wastewater is complex,and the requirements of treatment process are high,among which reverse osmosis membrane technology is the most effective treatment method.As a new separation technology,membrane separation technology can not only purify wastewater effectively,but also recover some useful substances.The equipment is simple and easy to operate,so it has been widely used in wastewater treatment and has broad development prospects.It is estimated that the world membrane technology market has reached nearly$2 billion in sales.In 2000,the main membrane separation processes for wastewater treatment are microfiltration,ultrafiltration and nanofiltration,reverse osmosis and electrodialysis.This paper summarized the sources of dairy wastewater at home and abroad and the principle of reverse osmosis membrane technology,and discusses the application of reverse osmosis membrane technology in dairy wastewater treatment,in order to further improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
