摘　　要：本研究选择肉制品行业作为研究对象,基于供应链视角的SCOR模型追溯到供应链上的各个环节,结合前人经验、外部环境和信息技术水平提出一套科学管理策略。This study chooses meat products industry as the research object,SCOR Model Based on the supply chain perspective traces back to all links of the supply chain,analyzes the safety risk from multiple perspectives and aspects,and puts forward a set of scientific management strategies based on the previous experience,external environment and information technology level.
