摘  要:目的探讨雨课堂模式在肌电图临床教学中的应用。方法将42名神经病学规培医师随机分为3组,分别采用传统多媒体、病例导入式和雨课堂教学模式进行肌电图临床教学,比较3组间的考试成绩,评估3种教学方式的教学效果。结果雨课堂组的考核总分、理论考核和实践考核成绩均高于传统多媒体组和病例导入式组。结论雨课堂模式较传统的多媒体和病例导入式教学可明显提高肌电图的临床教学效果。Objective To explore the application of rain classroom teaching mode in clinical teaching of electromyography.Methods 42 neurological trained doctors were randomly divided into three groups,and traditional multimedia teaching,case based teaching as well as rain classroom teaching mode were adopted respectively in the clinical teaching of electromyography.After the ex-am,the scores of three groups were compared and teaching effects of the three teaching modes in three groups were evaluated.Results The total score,score of theoretical exam and that of pra-ctical exam in the group with rain classroom teaching mode were higher than those in the groups with traditional multimedia teaching and case based teaching.Conclusion Compared with tradi-tional multimedia teaching and case based teaching,rain classroom teaching mode can significan-tly improve the teaching effect of clinical teaching of electromyography.
