摘　　要：齿龈内阿米巴(Entamoeba gingivalis,E.gingivalis)主要出现在人口咽部,是最早被报道的人体阿米巴原虫。E.gingivalis通常存在于口腔卫生状况不良及一些口腔疾病患者,特别是牙周炎患者的牙周袋中具有更高的检出率。尽管通常认为E.gingivalis为共生微生物,但随着检测和分析技术的不断发展,近年来的研究结果表明,该原虫与牙周炎间可能存在更为密切的联系。本文就齿龈内阿米巴与牙周炎相关性的研究进展作一综述。The protozoan Entamoeba gingivalis,commonly resided in the oral cavity and pharynx,is the first described amoeba in human.Entamoeba gingivalis frequently presents a significantly higher prevalence in patients with poor oral hygiene or some oral diseases,especially in the periodontal pockets of periodontitis.Although this species of Entamoeba used to be regarded as a symbiotic microorganism,with the continuous development of detection and analysis techniques,studies in recent years have shown that there may be a close relationship between Entamoeba gingivalis and periodontitis.This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between Entamoeba gingivalis and periodontitis.
