摘 要:潜在口腔恶性疾病(oral potentially malignant disorders,OPMD)是一类具有癌变潜能的口腔疾病,其发病机制尚未明确。研究表明,口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)、口腔白斑、口腔黏膜下纤维性变(oral submucous fibrosis,OSF)患者体内存在氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)现象,伴随脂质过氧化、DNA损伤以及抗氧化系统失衡。其中,活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及其引起的氧化损伤与疾病的发生发展密切相关。通过它们与氧化应激的研究进展,可进一步阐明发病机制,并为疾病的预防和抗氧化治疗提供新的思路。Oral potentially malignant disorders(OPMD)are clinical presentations that carry a risk of cancer development in the oral cavity,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Studies have shown that oxidative stress(OS)is associated with the lipid peroxidation and DNA damage and the imbalance of antioxidant system in patients with oral lichen planus,oral leukoplakia,and oral submucosal fibrosis.The oxidative damage caused by reactive oxygen species(ROS)is closely related to the occurrence and development of them.Through the research of OS and these diseases,the pathogenesis of OS can be further clarified and new ideas for the prevention and antioxidant treatment of the disease can be provided.
