摘　　要：针对沿海城市海岸线管控的实际特点,提出了系统的智慧海岸建设技术实现方式。分析了利用岸基雷达链技术对海上船舶位置的管控方法,卷积神经网络学习技术对人脸、车辆、船舶的识别方法,以及数据ETL技术的数据仓库存储涉海要素信息方法。系统地对智慧海岸建设思路进行了梳理规划,为更好地开展海岸线智能管控工作提供借鉴。Aiming at the actual characteristics of coastal city coastline man agement,proposed the systematic realization method of smart coast construction technology.Analyzing the management method of ships position at sea that utilizes shore-based radar chains,recognition method of convolutional neural network learning technology for faces,vehicles and ships,and data ETL technology data warehouse storage method of maritime elements information.The construction idea of the smart coast is systematically sorted out and planned to provide reference for the better implementation of the intelligent control of the coastline.
