摘　　要：高职是我国职业人才培养基地,承担了实践人才培养重任。计算机作为我国社会发展焦点,各大高校均已经开设了计算机专业,为社会提供了大批量专业人才。但与此同时,计算机人才培养也存在着诸多问题,如人才过剩、结构失衡、实践性差等问题,严重制约了计算机专业的长远发展。高职学校在探究计算机应用型人才培养模式时,要从市场人才供需出发,优化教学方法,才能够提升学生就业率。故此,本文将分析计算机专业人才培养需求、问题,并提出有效的人才培养模式,以供参考。Higher vocational education is the training ground for professional talents in my country,and has undertaken the important task of training practical talents.As the focus of social development in my country,all major universities have set up computer majors to provide a large number of professional social talents for the society.But at the same time,there are also many problems in the training of computing talents,such as excessive talent,unbalanced structure,poor practicality and other issues,which seriously restrict the longterm development of the computer profession.Higher vocational schools need to start from the supply and demand of market talents and optimize teaching methods when exploring computer-based talent training models,so as to increase the employment rate of students.Therefore,the article will analyze the needs and problems of computer professional talent training,and propose an effective talent training model for reference.
