摘　　要：将研究性教育管理模式运用在基因工程实验课程中,教师将教学工作中自己遇到的实际问题当作研究课题,运用研究性教育管理模式解决教育实践问题,促进教育发展,探索管理规律。在实际工作中采用系统分析法,从现实研究、目标研究、实验研究和可行性研究等方面对基因工程实验中的问题进行了分析并采取了相应的解决方案,并对教学实践问题进行了反思,探讨研究性教育管理模式在教育实践中的运用。Teachers regard the practical problems encountered in the experimental teaching of genetic engineering as the research topic,using the management model of research education to solve the practical problems of education,explore the rules of management and promote the development of education.In the practical work,the method of system analysis is used to analyze the problems in the genetic engineering experiment from the aspects of reality research,target research,experimental research and feasibility research,and corresponding solutions are adopted.In addition,the problems in teaching practice are ref lected,and the application of research education management model in education practice is discussed.
