摘  要:基于“项目引入-任务驱动-项目实施-学后测评”的一体化教学模式,对机械制造工艺课程中的机械加工工艺规程设计项目进行了教学设计。项目教学以传动轴贯穿机械加工工艺规程编制的全过程,实现学生的“教中学、做中学”;通过大量动画、微课视频三维建模软件的辅助,提高教学内容的形象化和可视化;借助数控仿真软件对不同工艺规程进行对比加工,比较不同方案的加工效率、加工质量与经济性,增加学生的立体感与真实感;学生分组通过精心计算和编制,完成教学过程中各个环节的任务,并通过小组之间不同加工工艺方案的对比和讨论交流,自然实现零件的加工质量、加工效率以及经济性等的分析评比,并有效地增强了学生的自主性和参与感。教学成效表明,该教学设计能很好地克服部分学生制图读图基础较差、对加工工艺设计考虑不全面等问题,学生对零件加工工艺规程编制的方法与技巧掌握较好。Based on the integrated teaching mode of"project introduction-task driven-project implementationpost study evaluation",the teaching design of machining process planning project in mechanical manufacturing technology course was carried out.In project teaching,the transmission shaft runs through the whole process of mechanical processing process planning to realize students'learning by teaching and learning by doing;with the aid of a large number of animation and micro class video 3D modeling software,the visualization of teaching content are improved;the processing eff iciency,processing quality and economy of different schemes a recompared by means of numerical control simulation software,which i ncrease students'sense of three-dimensional and reality.Through careful calculation and preparation,the students complete the tasks of each link in the teaching process,and through the comparison and discussion and exchange of different processing technology schemes between groups,the analysis and evaluation of machining quality,processing eff iciency and economy of parts are naturally realized,and the students'autonomy and sense of participation are effectively enhanced.The teaching effect shows that the teaching design can overcome some problems such as poor foundation of drawing reading and incomplete consideration of processing technology design of some students,and students have a good command of the methods and skills of part processing process planning.
