摘  要:研究自主学习模式(SDL)教学法在内科循环系统理论教学中的应用效果,旨在寻找一种适合我院院情的SDL临床医学教学新模式,从而提高内科学循环系统理论课教学质量,为祖国提供医疗服务人才。选择我院临床医学专业1班以及2班作为研究对象,其中1班记为干预组,共42名学生,实施SDL教学法教学。2班记为对照组,共43名学生,实施传统模式教学。比较两组教学效果,学生学习情况,评判性思维,对教学方式的满意度。干预组客观题、主观题及总分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预组各项能力问卷调查评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预组各项评判性思维能力评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预组总体满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。SDL教学法在内科学循环系统理论课教学过程中的应用效果显著,可提高教学效果,增强学生的评判性思维能力,更易被学生所接受,值得推广应用。To study the autonomous learning mode(SDL)teaching method in the autonomous learning teaching method application in the medicine circulation system theory teaching effect,to find a suitable for our situation of SDL clinical medical teaching mode,to improve the quality of internal medicine circulation system theory class teaching talents for our country to provide medical services.Class 1 and class 2 of clinical Medicine major in our hospital were selected as the research objects,a mong which class 1 was designated as the intervention group with a total of 42 students,and SDL teaching method was implemented.Class 2 was assigned as the control group,with a total of 43 students.The teaching effect,students'learning status,critical thinking,and satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups.The objective questions,subjective questions and total scores of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of each ability questionnaire in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The evaluation thinking ability score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SDL teaching method can improve the teaching effect, enhance the students' critical thinking ability, and is more acceptable to students. It is worthpopularizing and applying.
