摘　　要：本文在国内外科技创业人才相关文献理论梳理基础上,对426位高层次科技创业人才进行问卷调研,对100多家科技型中小企业现场考察,对1000多名科技型中小企业主要创办人进行座谈访谈。分析了中国高层次科技创业人才及其创业企业的成长特征,主要包括人才和企业的特征、创业过程和创业行为特征、影响创业人才及其企业发展的内外部因素等。剖析了科技人才向科技型企业家转型的瓶颈、创业过程中的困难和需求,提出了培育高层次科技创业人才及其创业企业的建议措施。Based on the literature review related to science and technology entrepreneurial talents at home and abroad,A questionnaire survey on 426 high-level technology entrepreneurship talents,on-site inspections of more than 100 technology-based SMEs,and a panel interview with more than 1,000 main founders of technology-based SMEs.were conducted in this study.The characteristics of the growth of China s high-level scientific and technological entrepreneurship talents and their entrepreneurial enterprises were mainly analyzed,including the characteristics of talents and enterprises,entrepreneurial process and entrepreneurial behavior characteristics,internal and external factors affecting the development of entrepreneurial talents and their enterprises,etc.The article analyzes the bottleneck of entrepreneurs transformation,the difficulties and needs in the process of entrepreneurship,and put forward the measures to cultivate high-level scientific and technological entrepreneurial talents and their entrepreneurial enterprises.
