新型学徒制化工工艺专业人才的培养

摘　　要：作为现代工业体系重要部门的化工行业,具有操作复杂、风险较高的特点,这就要求从业者具有较高的业务能力。新型学徒制在化工工艺人才的培养方面具有重要的作用,它可以完善技能人才的培养机制、推动产业结构升级、培育工匠精神。在目前新型学徒制的实践中,存在着学校与企业的合作不够深化的问题,如企业承担了过多的成本。对此,应由校企双方制定具有可行性的合作方案,相关部门也应出台相应的规范。此外,还应考虑建立相应的考核机制。As an important department of modern industrial system,the chemical industry has the characteristics of complex operation and high risk,which requires practitioners to have higher business ability.The new apprenticeship system plays an important role in the cultivation of chemical technology talents.It can improve the training mechanism of skilled talents,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and cultivate the spirit of craftsman.In the current practice of the new apprenticeship system,there is a problem that the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not deep enough,such as enterprises bear too much cost.In this regard,the feasible cooperation plan should be made by both sides of the school and enterprise,the relevant departments should also introduce the corresponding norms.In addition,the establishment of the corresponding assessment mechanism should be considered.
