视网膜分支动脉阻塞合并抗磷脂抗体综合征诊治1例并文献复习

摘　　要：我院收治视网膜分支动脉阻塞合并抗磷脂抗体综合征病人1例,给予抗凝及扩血管治疗后,病人视网膜及视网膜血管的形态和功能得到明显改善,视力及视野部分恢复,预后较好。认为对于视网膜分支动脉阻塞合并抗磷脂抗体综合征病人使用抗凝及扩血管治疗是必要且有效的方法。A case of branch retinal artery occlusion with antiphospholipid syndrome was admitted to our hospital;after anticoagulation and vasodilation treatment,the patient had remarkable improvements in the retina and its morphology and function;the patient showed partial recovery of visual acuity and visual field with relatively good prognosis.It is considered necessary and effective in patients with branch retinal artery occlusion and antiphospholipid syndrome to use anticoagulation and vasodilation therapy.
