摘  要:以淀粉/三聚氰胺为复配增塑剂,利用熔融加工工艺制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重分析(TG)和力学性能测试等考察了增塑剂含量对PVA膜性能的影响。结果表明,复配增塑剂能有效破坏分子链间氢键,对PVA的增塑作用明显。随增塑剂含量增大,PVA膜的力学性能和熔体质量流动速率呈先增大后减小的趋势,熔点和结晶度先减小后增大。过多的增塑剂易发生溶失,并降低PVA膜的溶胀率,增塑剂含量为10%时,PVA膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为60.7 MPa和246.6%,且加工性能和热稳定性明显提升,有利于PVA膜熔融加工。Using starch/melamine as the compound plasticizer,the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)films were prepared by the melt processing process.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and mechanical property test were used to investigate the effects of the plasticizer content on the PVA film.The results show that the compound plasticizer can effectively break the hydrogen bonds between the molecular chains,and has obvious plasticizing effect on PVA.With the increase of the plasticizer content,the mechanical properties and melt index of the PVA film increase firstly and then decrease,and the melting point and crystallinity decrease firstly and then increase.Excessive plasticizer content is easy to dissolve and reduce the swelling ratio of the PVA films.When the plasticizer content is 10%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the PVA films are 60.7 MPa and 246.6%,respectively.And the enhanced processing performance and thermal stability are helpful for the melt processing of PVA films.
