摘  要:为了提高光固化3D打印的成型速度,设计一种基于像素变化率的自适应切片算法。该算法能够消除楼梯效应和刻画细小特征,同时提高打印质量与速度。分析了切片该算法的实现过程以及如何取变化率阈值;给出了光固化成型中树脂投射深度的计算方法,最后给出的实例验证了算法的可行性且该算法具有高度普适性。实验结果表明,在保证打印质量的前提下,模型打印时间相对较快,能够有效刻画细小特征和消除楼梯效应,在实际生产中具有较高实用价值。In order to improve the speed of light curing three dimensional(3D)printing,an adaptive slicing algorithm based on pixel change rate was designed.The algorithm could eliminate stair effect and depict small features,and improve printing quality and speed.The realization process of slicing algorithm and how to get the threshold of change rate were analyzed.The calculation method of resin projection depth in stereo lithography apparatus was given.Finally,an example was given to verify the feasibility of the algorithm,and this algorithm had high universality.The results show that the model printing time is relatively fast on the premise of ensuring the printing quality,and it can effectively depict small features and eliminate stair effect.At the same time,the algorithm has high practical value in actual production.
