摘 要:在Moldflow分析软件的基础上,对显示器后壳进行仿真研究,以翘曲变形量为质量指标,结合控制变量法进行单因素变动实验,保持注射工艺参数不变,研究显示器后壳底座连接口对制品翘曲变形的影响。对数据进行图表分析,结果表明显示器后壳尺寸定位68.58 cm(27英寸)时,底座连接口选用圆形,连接口位置距离底边26 mm,尺寸为直径21 mm的时候模具翘曲表现更好。On the basis of Moldflow analysis software,a simulation study was carried out on the rear shell of the display.With the warp deformation amount(MM)as the quality index,the single-factor change experiment was carried out in combination with the control variable method to keep the injection process parameters unchanged,and the influence of the connection port of the rear shell of the display on the warping deformation of the products was studied.The data are analyzed in charts and the results show when the rear shell of the display is positioned at 68.58 cm(27 inches),the base connector is selected to be round,the connector location is 26 mm away from the bottom edge,and the size is 21 mm in diameter,the die warping performance is better.
